Most homes in the valley need their windows cleaned twice a year: once in late spring, after the thaw has finished throwing grit at everything, and once in the fall before the weather closes in. Homes on gravel roads, or with sprinklers hitting the glass, need it more often.
A residential cleaning covers the inside and outside of every pane, plus the frames and sills, and the tracks with any interior clean. We move what needs moving and put it back where it was.
Screens are an add-on, from $2 a screen: they come out, get washed, and go back in the opening they came from. Torn ones can be re-screened on the same visit.
We price by the pane, and every house is different, so the firm price comes once we have seen the glass. Send a few photos and you get a ballpark first. Anything beyond the cleaning, like paint or silicone on the glass, is quoted separately.
