This website belongs to Window Wizard, a window-cleaning business based in Bozeman, Montana. By using it you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Quotes
A price on this site, or one we send in reply to a request, is based on what we have been told or shown. It becomes a booking when we confirm it with you by email or text. If what we find on site is different from what was described, we tell you and agree on any change before doing the extra work.
Appointments, cancellations and payment
How rescheduling, weather delays and cancellations work is set out when we book your job. We take cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App and card; paying by card adds a processing fee. Businesses can be invoiced.
The guides
The guides on this site are general information, written carefully and with their sources listed. They do not replace the instructions that came with your windows, solar panels or roof, and where the two disagree, follow the manufacturer. Work at height is dangerous: if a job needs a ladder you are not comfortable on, call a professional.
Our content
The words and images on this site belong to Window Wizard or are used with permission. You are welcome to quote a guide with a link back to it. Please do not copy whole pages or reuse our images without asking.
Links to other sites
We link to our sources and to other sites we think are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.
Liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be correct or online. As far as the law allows, Window Wizard is not liable for losses that come from using the website itself. This does not limit anything owed to you under Montana law, or anything agreed for work at your property.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any dispute about them will be heard in the courts of Gallatin County, Montana.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms, and the date at the top changes when we do. Questions go to the email address or phone number on our contact page.
Get a quote for your property
Send a few details and a couple of photos for a ballpark, usually back the same day. The firm price comes once we have seen the glass.
